Duties
1.Be responsible for regional laser sales; assist manager to deal with sales in other areas specified by the company; utilize and mobilize resources to ensure the completion of monthly, quarterly and annual sales tasks.
2. Assist the Marketing Department in analyzing the marketing environment, objectives and plans.
3. Be responsible for expanding and maintaining the regional markets and customer resources under the jurisdiction to increase the sales share.
4. Be responsible for developing new industries, new applications and customized product markets, including industrial, medical and high-end scientific research laser products, and ensure the continuous growth of the company's product market share.
5. Assist in the promotion of new products and technologies and promote the sales of various products in the market.
6. Effectively cooperate with technical departments to continuously improve customer service relations.
Requirements
1.College degree or above. Major in physics, electronics or other related technologies, or major in marketing.
2.At least 2 years sales experience in laser industry.
3.Systematic knowledge of laser, optical or electronic products, capable of mastering laser technology and application in depth.
4.Good and provable historical sales performance and experienced in sales to end customers; experience in market development.
5. Honesty, pragmatism, strong execution, good team consciousness and good working relationship with colleagues.
6. Good at exploring customer resources, excellent communication skills and systematic marketing skills.
7. Have strong learning ability; good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
8. Dedication, and adaption to frequent business trips.
